Dr. Yang Yong is Professor & Chief Physician in Urology at Peking University Cancer Hospital, Beijing. Yang serves as Director, Department of Urology. Clinical expertise includes Urological tumors (bladder cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer), Prostate diseases, Bladder and urethral dysfunction. Secretary-General of the CMDA Urology Branch — executive administrative leadership of China's national physician urology organization, managing guidelines, training standards, and specialist certification nationally. National Education Commission Exchange Student, University of Edinburgh, UK (1990–1991) — prostate cancer research. Editor-in-Chief, Clinical Urology (Ministry of Health postgraduate textbook, 1st & 2nd editions); Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Wu Jieping Urology (2nd edition) — authoring the two most authoritative Chinese urology educational references, shaping training standards for an entire generation of Chinese urologists.
