Dr. Zhou Zhen is Chief Physician in Thoracic Oncology at Shanghai Chest Hospital, Shanghai. Clinical expertise includes Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) — EGFR-mutant, HER2-mutant, and FGFR-altered subtypes, Advanced lung cancer — immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and combination regimens, Lung cancer with homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) — predictive biomarker-guided therapy, HER2-mutant NSCLC — pyrotinib-based regimens. Co-first/co-corresponding author on study demonstrating that homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) predicts therapeutic outcomes of immunotherapy-based combinations in advanced lung cancer — published in Journal of Hematology & Oncology 2022 (PMID 35585646); establishing a novel predictive biomarker framework for lung cancer immunotherapy patient selection.
