Yang serves as Director, Healthcare Services Office (保健处处长) and Healthcare Protection Ward. Clinical expertise includes Lung cancer (VATS lobectomy, segmentectomy), Mediastinal tumors, Minimally invasive thoracic surgery, Esophageal disease. Trained directly under Prof. Wang Jun (CAE Academician) — China's pioneering thoracoscopic surgeon who introduced VATS techniques to China — gaining one of the deepest VATS training pedigrees in Chinese thoracic surgery. IASLC member and ESTS registered member — international standing in thoracic surgical societies.
