Dr. Wu Jiayu is Associate Chief Physician in Breast Medical Oncology at Shanghai United Family Hospital, Shanghai. Clinical expertise includes Breast cancer — all stages and subtypes, HER2-positive breast cancer (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, T-DM1, T-DXd/trastuzumab deruxtecan), Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (CDK4/6 inhibitors, fulvestrant, aromatase inhibitors), Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) — chemotherapy, immunotherapy (PD-L1 inhibitors), PARP inhibitors. Specialized in precision breast cancer systemic therapy at Shanghai UFH — applying subtype-guided treatment selection across HER2-positive, HR+/HER2−, and triple-negative subtypes using current international guidelines and novel targeted agents.
