Dr. Wang Yu is Professor & Chief Physician in Head & Neck Surgery at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, Shanghai. Wang serves as Director, Department of Head & Neck Surgery. Clinical expertise includes Thyroid cancer (including advanced and locally invasive), Head and neck cancer (oral cavity, larynx, pharynx, salivary gland), Robotic and endoscopic thyroid surgery, Head and neck soft tissue tumors and melanoma. Published the world's first systematic prospective study on neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced thyroid cancer — results appeared in Thyroid journal (2021), establishing a new treatment approach for previously difficult-to-resect cases.
