Dr. Kong Lin is Chief Physician in Radiation Oncology at Shanghai Proton & Heavy Ion Center, Shanghai. Clinical expertise includes Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, Nasal and paranasal sinus cancer, Oral and oropharyngeal, laryngeal, and hypopharyngeal cancers, Chordoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma. Leading clinical authority on carbon-ion radiotherapy for locoregionally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma at SPHIC — published landmark outcome study demonstrating the potential of particle beam re-irradiation in one of oncology's most technically demanding salvage settings (Cancer, 2020). Head & neck radiation oncology subspecialist at SPHIC — China's only proton and heavy-ion cancer center, using particle beams to deliver high biological effectiveness with precision sparing of critical structures.
