Professional Biography

Dr. Chen Jian is Chief Physician in Orthopedics at Peking University People's Hospital, Beijing. Clinical expertise includes Arthroscopic surgery (knee, hip, shoulder, elbow), Sports injuries and ligament reconstruction, Knee and hip joint disease, Meniscus and articular cartilage repair. Trained at Hessing Orthopedic Hospital, Germany (2000–2001) — among the first Chinese orthopedic surgeons to receive structured European arthroscopy training, bringing evidence-based arthroscopic technique standards to PKUPH's Joint Center. Visiting Scholar, Hessing Orthopedic Hospital, Germany (2000–2001). 30+ papers in domestic core journals; co-authored and translated 10+ clinical monographs on joint surgery and arthroscopy.
